   Really passive aggressive and rude service by the lady staff. They don't really listen to your needs and speak loudly over you. Keep in mind for future customers that they don't offer any returns/refunds here. I should've done more prior research before spending money here, and would recommend to others to instead shop at Hallenstines, Farmers or somewhere else that offer better quality mens dress suits at similar prices with more professional service.

   Terrible customer service. A friend bought me a tupenu and when I tried it, it didn’t fit. I had never worn it and it was in perfect brand new condition. When I sent to ask if I could exchange it for a larger size, they lied and insisted that because there was a strong scent (which there wasn’t because I had never worn it and it was in a bag) that they couldn’t resell because customers would know it’s been worn. She didn’t smell it at all but I knew she just wanted me to buy a completely new one. Ripped me off and had a rude attitude. Don’t shop here as they’re over priced, and clothes are terrible quality. You can get cheaper clothing at other stores with much better quality and customer service!

   Please when a customer walks in, let them finish what they're trying to say or needed. Don't just straight away and say yes yes yes we can do it! no problem we can do it! and then put down the wrong order. If there was a zero I would give your shop that. Just because of how you guys try to turn it around and say it's my fault and not your worker. When I came in she just kept quiet knowing it's her fault. Oh yes the shop is great. Variety to choose from and you have sizes from small to 7xl. Customer service bad. Don't rush customers, listen to what they're asking for and don't try to cover your fault when you couldn't provide the whole video and only show what you want. Why would I put an order through and pay for it in person and then get something different. Yes I'm not a happy customer because I pay for it and didn't get what I wanted.

   Recommended by a family member I came here to have an ie (in store they're labelled as lavalava) made up for a wedding. I picked some fabric from in-store and only had to pay for the making of the ie (fabric cost was waved as this was purchased in-store). For what I paid I was pleasantly surprised with my ie. Will be returning to have some more made up. Turn around was a couple days from payment to pick up.

   Was here from the US in Feb, earlier this month. I went there to look around and found out they had Long Lavalavas, i didn`t know they came in that size, so i was very happy to purchase one to take back home. Now my brother and friend wants one.
