   I'm writing this because I believe APC Physiotherapy is underrated on google. I started coming to APC Physio about 8 months ago, and I have been recommending APC Physio to family and friends since but only 1 has listened so far. The service and knowledge shared during my visits are exceptionally better than the quality and service I have gotten at a physio in Henderson. My old physio from back in 2021/2022 would give me general exercises for my back pain issues, and there wasn't much of a physical examination and the majority of the session was showing me exercise techniques for hips and abs. At APC the care I have received from Katherine is personalised and effective and the majority of the time during the session for me personally has been identifying the source of my pain and what muscle is causing it and through the knowledge and experience Katherine has she will personalize the exersizes I'm given to strengthen the specific muscle that is causing the pain. A friend has started going to APC physio following my recommendation, and although they went to see a different physio (Shivani) they agreed with me that the service and knowledge at APC is exceptional, personalized, and effective. Therefore, I can say I'm personally confident that all staff at APC hold an exceptional body of knowledge relating to the human anatomy and will provide you with the same care that I have received since coming to APC Physio. I came to APC after having neck stiffness and lower back pain that didn't really go away, even though I had gone to a chiropractor for about 10 weeks twice a week. After coming into APC for about 6 weeks once per week and being given exercises at the end of each session, the pains I was experiencing had disappeared, and I no longer experience them and am continuing to work with Katherine to strengthen the body parts that have become weak from sitting for long periods of time due to studying for several years and also a sports injury that caused lower back pain.

   I've been going to APC for a year and a half for different issues and wouldn't go any where else. Top quality service with sound goals and exercises implemented to achieve what you need to. I've had the same physio as well which I've found beneficial. Very reasonably priced too.

   I've been going to APC Physio for a number of years and I've never been disappointed by the care I've received. Have been seeing Katherine for the last two months for my arm. The treatment and service that I received was excellent. Thanks to Katherine and Sarah for looking after me. Would highly recommend.

   I've have been visiting APC for treat more several years. I have always been happy with the treatment outcome. In fact I do miss the team when I am cured as they are very much make you feel part of the family. Always welcoming and good for a giggle. So nice to have this relationship. Highly recommend this Physio business!!!

   Unprofessional, inappropriate & untrustworthy. Very misleading, most definitely does not have your best interests in mind. Would not recommend such an uncaring & uncomfortable environment. ***Edit*** Ladies, as far as I am aware, you are now safe again to use the services here. This particular offensive, manipulative & repulsive employee no longer works here.

   Physio did not clean off lotion after session, I forgot about it too and ended up with really bad acne for months. Otherwise good.
