My adult daughter and I recently bought $500 worth of clothing in Mangere store as we're moving overseas. We love our items however the customer service was very poor. The young lady behind the desk did not greet, approach or assist us as staff should. It seemed like she was having a bad hair day. Instead she just spoke to us from behind the counter. Sorry to say your staff in store needs to step up with regards to customer service especially when customers from here or abroad intend to spend a whole alot of $ on the items.
