Today I was refused service!!! I was with my sister that are underage might I add only 12and11 year old And told them to wait outside for me I’ll be right back. Everything was fine until he saw I have a black eye and apparently do not look like my ID like this “ like are you joking?” He also made me repeat my name and birthday 4 times. And once I told him to have a good look at my ID properly in an irritated manner Bec I was so over his unprofessional behaviour he stood there and said it was his job and he doesn’t have to serve me. I have never in my life experienced this in my life and has made me feel so insecure, belittled and ashamed to show my ID while I have a black eye. I hope you check cctv and everything. It’s a disgrace
