   Had a great experience this morning when I went in for my tires. I had organized through the supplier Tires Online to have them shipped straight to Pitt Stop and paid a little extra for the installation. The gentleman that served me was friendly and installed my tires really quickly. Will definitely get my tires done here again and even my WOF. Thank you team :)

   Very fast, and I can feel the difference in my car. My aircon was acting up and they addressed this in the course of the service, when they could have just re-gassed it like I thought was the problem. Honest!!! Hubby and kid's cars will be going there too.

   Very disappointed. I had a full service and WOF done at this garage. After the WOF was initially rejected, I agreed to have the necessary repairs done on site, and the WOF was then approved. A few days later, a first garage discovered that 2 litres of transmission fluid were missing. Then, 10 days later, my van broke down. A second garage confirmed that a fluid leak, which hadn’t been detected, had damaged the alternator. A serious oversight that ended up costing me a lot. Very disappointing.

   Poor communication - in fact zero communication! it’s common sense to ask for the go ahead and quoting the service cost before proceeding. Not doing work then supposedly “extras” on the vehicle. To be slapped with a costly bill upon pick up…. IF we were aware of the amount of additional costs added we would have declined and sort a second opinion. Sadly that option wasn’t available to us as there was no attempt of communication. Except when it was time to pick the car up. Shocking service.. day light robbery.

   If there were an option for 0 stars, that's precisely what I would give. My dealings with Danny, the owner, have been incredibly dreadful. Right from the start, there was a severe lack of communication. I had requested an extensive service, including brake repairs (only the front brakes were done) and a tire replacement. However, I wasn't informed about any additional work being performed on my vehicle. To my surprise, upon picking up my car, I was presented with a bill of $1,700. Moreover, my vehicle was supposed to be ready within a day, but it ended up staying at the shop for two days. And to make matters worse, just ten days after getting my car back, I started experiencing problems, such as my wheel pulling and nosies from my vehicle that wasn’t happening before. It's unacceptable to pay such a hefty amount and then have issues arise within such a short time frame. I asked for before and after photos of the job done, but Danny didn't provide anything. The lack of communication is concerning, as I have no idea what exactly was done to my vehicle. Overall, I feel like I've been ripped off, and the customer service has been abysmal.
