Took my car in for wof repairs, nov '24' Needed new wipers obviously didn't get any cause I had to buy new ones when caught in the rain.. Park brake needed repairs thought that was done but had to get them redone the next wof cause they hadn't been done properly They did put a wof on my car without me having to pay again, being a different shop to who done the wof check, now I know why would have failed if another shop re checked. You're dealing with people's lives, had me driving my kids around in a death trap.

Avoid this shop at all costs. About a year ago they failed my WOF, saying the rear wheel bearing needed replacing. I paid them to do the work. Less than a year later, and after driving under 20,000 km, that same wheel bearing has already failed. Wheel bearings should last well over 100,000 km, so for one to fail this quickly points to either cheap, substandard parts or poor workmanship. Either way, thatβs unacceptable β especially on something that can cause a wheel to come off at highway speeds. From my experience, they take your money, do shoddy work, and put your safety at risk. I wonβt ever trust them with my car again, and Iβd strongly warn anyone else to stay far away.

My dadβs vehicle had a persistent brake pull issue that was repeatedly failed during several WOF inspections. At the last WOF, the car failed again due to this unresolved brake pull. Despite multiple repair attempts and significant costs, the workshop failed to follow a systematic diagnostic approach. Basic, essential checks such as inspecting brake hoses for internal collapse, checking caliper slide pin movement, and assessing piston function were overlooked. Instead, the technicians prematurely focused on the ABS actuator, even though there were no fault codes or prior signs of ABS system problems. This misdiagnosis led to unnecessary servicing of the ABS actuator, which ended up damaging the part and caused a costly two month delay while sourcing a rare replacement. Only after this lengthy and expensive detour did the workshop finally replace the brake hoses, which were the actual cause of the brake pull from the start. Because of the extended repair time and ongoing issues, my dad had to buy a new vehicle before the original car was finally fixed. We ended up selling the repaired vehicle due to the frustration and inconvenience caused by the workshopβs poor workmanship. This experience highlights the importance of following a logical, step-by-step diagnostic process that begins with the most common and straightforward causes before moving on to more complex components. Skipping fundamental checks not only wastes time and money but can also create further problems for the customer. For anyone looking for transparent, thorough, and technically sound service, I recommend finding a workshop that sticks to established diagnostic protocols and prioritize effective, cost efficient repairs.
