   We were there on time for my car servicing and WOF, staff were late came after 8am, and came in rushing serving us and I almost ended up paying extra unnecessarily additional fees of $195 for transmission oil change which was not needed on top of WOF + Servicing because the person serving me it's the guy on the left when you enter the office, he was rushing and not paying attention to your questions and they speaks in their language when they ask question to their mechanic, you should speak in English so we know exact what is needed not translating and lost of information on the way. The guy left and only the lady on the right was left to serve us all, she was nicer and more attentive when I said am not happy how we are being served. So thank you for servicing but would recommend please ensure you have the time to answer our queries not rushing and making everyone waiting and have conversation in English otherwise we won't know if you are providing us the correct prices the older guys in the mechanics team he was very helpful and you know he got the experience who said not to do the transmission oil until reach 80KMs thank you for saving me paying that additional 195 which was not needed.

   Called Thursday and they found the part while I was on the call. I paid for it. They packaged it up and shipped it to me in Gisborne. I received it Friday. Very reasonable price and great service. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody interested. Thanks for everything.

   Got my service done for my diesel SUV, great experience, very straightforward and even offers AfterPay! Following my service I was provided with a list of fixes that I can choose to get done whenever I wanted to, they even provided photos of the things needed fixing which added peace of mind, I’ve just got 2 tires and a puncture repair done today and I’ve got to say I’ve found my new permanent mechanic! Thank you guys ! I wish to see the business grow !

   Paid for new hybrid battery replacement which failed two years later. I also paid for a new computer, which as I found out last week, was never installed... ... Last week (July 2023) I went to a different hybrid battery company who fixed my batteries at 1/4 of the price and included additional services at no extra cost. They told me a new computer was not installed two years ago. I'm extremely annoyed at i-Tech Automotive, they are crooks. Do not go to iTech Automotive I recommend: Hybrid Battery Services Limited in Mt Roskill.

   Speedy and efficient service. Visited them for an issue with my vehicle that another mechanic workshop did not diagnose properly and could not rectify. These guys, on the first diagnosis , faulted the issue and rectified it in a short time.

   I have visited their shop today to check hybrid battery health but they have provided very poor customer service and don’t know how to talk to customers. They are very rude and don’t want to apologise on their mistakes. However, they will give you false information and then charge something else.
