   I was browsing looking for dresses when a lovely lady by the name of Rita approached me. Her customer service is to be acknowledged, she was so friendly and helpful it made my shopping experience all the more comfortable. After trying on dresses I took two to the counter and told her that the other one was too small. She went out back to open up some new boxes that had just come in. She found my size and I left with two dresses and a big smile on my face. People like her create repeat customers because it’s not just the clothing it’s the experience. She’s definitely an asset to this clothing company.

   if I could give zero or negative stars I would. Customer service when I made my purchase of a dress for an event on Friday the 4th of April was lovely and had no complaints but when I went in-store today to return my unworn dress I could not say the same. Staff were quite rude and pushy for me to just accept that they don't offer refunds despite being untouched and within the 14 day window of their policy (that was not clearly displayed in store but only on the very bottom of the receipt that I was shown when trying to return said item). To not only refuse to offer any refund besides in-store credit (which still counts as a sale and I'm pretty sure breaks the FTA and CGA) but to be disrespectful to customers is appalling and not a good look on your business. Be careful when purchasing items here as I've lost over $100 today.

   I had a wonderful experience at the Pagani store today. thanks to a lovely staff member, Rita (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). Even though the shop was about to close and she was busy cleaning, she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit for my convocation. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. She saw my husband holding the baby and figured out that the dresses weren’t fitting me well because of post pregnancy body changes. She reassured me and picked out a beautiful dress that made me feel confident and didn’t make me look or feel bigger. I absolutely loved the outfit! Thank you, Rita, for going above and beyond—you made my day!

   If I could rate a zero I would. I brought a ball dress for my daughter. We took it up to the counter, it was stickered $50. The staff would not honour their mistake. I had to pay full price $89. While not illegal to not honour a price it shows an honest business that respects repeat customers. This will not be our case. I don’t recommend this store nor its staff.

   Came in during the weekend to buy a dress for my sons gender reveal, next thing I hear is yelling and swearing from what I assume was one of the workers. So unprofessional, won’t be coming here again!

   Would give it a negative rating if I could. Had came by looking to purchase some Christmas presents for my partner and I did not feel welcomed at all, customer service was really rude and made me feel very uncomfortable from one of the workers Richelle I think was her name - had kept following me like I was intending to steal. Do not recommend shopping here if she's on.
