   Great service at Manukau Lower Store this morning. I didn’t intend to purchase here but because of the excellent over and above customer service I spent $400+ just because the service from Mana was amazing! Please team give her props as it’s due! I will be recommending more of my friends and family to come shop here! Especially as I am a retail branch manager myself so I appreciated her service :)

   Greeted by a blonde woman with a tattoo down the middle of her neck… and the song, Khia; My neck, My back. Insanely inappropriate song for a public mall during school holidays. There were literally families sitting across from this store eating their ice cream. We walked in and walked out. A lot of stores in Manukau Mall have explicit music choices. Hopefully management can look into this ! otherwise, merch was great. Store was clean.

   Lower ads kept popping up in my social media and since I was at Manukau mall why not see their merchandise. Went with partner and infant and was greeted with a “you have to sign in”. So RUDE of course my partner signed in as he has the app on his phone for the both of us. No longer interested in this brand and definitely wouldn’t recommend to any of my friends/family.
