Best experience ever! My partner broke his phone and the guys at the store were super helpful. They helped him pick out a reconditioned phone (all original factory parts), moved everything over from his old phone, put on a really good screen protector for free, and even gave us a discount on the cover. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the phone. Big bonus – they do Afterpay too!!
Do not go here! They will rip you off! Got my screen replaced and the glue started lifting 3 months later. They came up with every excuse under the sun that they weren't at fault. So frustrating! First said it was my fault I must have dropped it. Then went back the next day and they said theres something wrong with the led lighting. Lies. All they had to do was take the screen off and reglue it properly. Took it down the road to the other place and they said no, there's nothing wrong with the led lighting if we take the screen off and reglue it it should be fine so that's what they did and it was. They were going to make me pay for another screen when there was nothing wrong with the screen?? Why do people just want to take an take want more money try and get more and not fix there own mistakes its not the kiwi way. Don't go there. They are ripoffs
I came in yesterday to get my iPhone 15 screen and back glass replaced—easily the best phone repair experience I’ve ever had. Earlier this year I got ripped off elsewhere, but these guys were both so lovely, and amazing at their job. They explained everything, used a good screen, and fixed it in an hour for a great price. Now my Face ID works and the battery’s performing way better, and my phone finally looks like it did when I first bought it. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
I’m not so sure who the worker was this day but i was pleasantly surprised by how well my iphones repair went. I was a bit apprehensive at first, considering getting a phone repaired is a very complicated process and i hadn’t heard about anyone going to omni tech. regardless, I got my phones LCD replaced here and it was so efficient and they did a good job. it’s been about two months now and I’ve had no further issues. For anyone worried about getting their lcd replaced repaired here, i really recommend them!
Having had a mishap with my and dropped it into a basin of water, I took the phone into OMNITECH Silverdale an asked Abhijeet if it would be possible to retrieve any data, particularly all my contact. I was told that it maybe possible depending on the damage and if I would come back the next morning, he would the best he could with the damaged phone. On my return the next morning I was delighted to learn that all my data had been saved to the new phone I had purchased . I have to say that the service I received was of the very highest of standard and Abhijeet very efficient and helpful. Thank you Omnitech
Took my Samsung here today 23/6/23 when it randomly just stopped working, it was fixed and up and running in under 5 minutes! Absolutely amazing, so thankful to the staff member who helped me out and I am so grateful I took it here to be looked at before giving up and buying a new phone. Thanks! 10/10
Gel screen protector bought and installed by the staff member. But more $ compared to over the shelf screen protector but they cleaned and put the protector on.. No bubbles, hair, grit and on perfect so it's worth three Xtra bit. Good chat about off subject topic that was very useful so all round good experience
