   I have changed my review on this company purely because that the new owner was really nice person. The owner approached me directly and have tried to sort the issue. This is a local auto shop from us thus I really want to keep good relationship with people in the community and by having an owner that cares for their customers matters for me. Thank you Hamza!

   I used White Swan Automotive services for a pre-purchase inspection prior to the purchase of my campervan. They've noticed minor things that should have been fine, according to them. Two weeks after this, one of my rear tyres tore up completely while I was driving. According to the mechanic who replaced the tyre, it was definitely due as it was more than 15 years old. The other rear tyre is apparently due shortly as well. I wished they had told me that at the pre-purchase inspection for me to avoid having this unfortunate and scary situation on the road and all the costs involved, obviously. That is the reason why you run a pre-purchase inspection in the first place. I also noticed, several days after the inspection, that a rear stop light wasn't working. Maybe it happened right after the check, but in my opinion, that would be too much of a coincidence... For these reasons, I would not trust this garage with my car again.

   They're fair and keep it simple. If you need a fix, you need a fix. If you don't, you don't. I feel very taken care of and will definitely be coming here whenever I need car care. Thank you guys! (They took me last minute for a WOF, the waiting area is very comfortable. The environment is relaxed and chill. I didn't wait long, they explained what needs doing before they did anything and what to keep an eye on for later. My car is now WOF'd and it didn't break the bank. I really appreciate this quality of service and care).

   I regret to inform you of a deeply concerning experience I recently had at White Swan Autos, particularly with the owner, Prakash. As a recurring customer, I had previously utilized their services for both maintenance and pre-purchase inspections. However, during my recent visit for car servicing, a distressing incident occurred that compelled me to reconsider my support for this establishment. When my brother picked up my car in my absence, he discovered some unexpected damage and promptly shared photos with me. Seeking clarification rather than assuming fault, I called the shop politely to inquire about the situation. Shockingly, instead of a reasonable response, the owner reacted with abusive language, demonstrating a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Moreover, this incident led me to investigate further, and I found several other reviews recounting similar abusive behavior towards customers. Additionally, there is a disconcerting article published by Stuff News detailing an altercation where Prakash was involved in an incident with his worker in the presence of law enforcement, resulting in an employment court order to compensate the fired employee. It pains me to say that Prakash's aggressive demeanor and absence of customer service values have tainted my perception of White Swan Autos. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. While the service appears adequate when everything goes smoothly, any deviation from the norm reveals an unpalatable side of the owner's conduct. Proceed with caution or explore alternative service providers to avoid encountering such distressing situations.

   I am writing this after long time they ripped me off after WoF and found one of the mountaing was damaged, I was new in the country don’t know if I could fix somewhere else and just want to get the job done, they said we will let you know after opening if we noted another mounting is damaged or not, I was expecting what they will say and yes second was damaged too that’s how they make money. I again go one more time after a year to see what they do, same car passed the WoF after changing the mounting they failed because back bumper were loose, same situation was last year, I never go afterwards and whenever a friend discussed anything about car repair I always say be careful with these guys. Those customers happy with them, didn’t tasted their money making trick yet, sooner or later they will target you once you start trusting them.

Had my wof scheduled the day prior, and had my wof done and passed after some servicing within the same morning. - Excellent sofa to stay relaxed while waiting - FREE warm drink(s) and water available - CLEAN washroom/ toilet, and smells good - FAIR pricing Thank you for the good experience

   1 mechanic exaggerates the issues on your car so you spend more money. Came at the time of my booked appointment, still waited 45 minutes to start on my car, the boss was very rude when we mentioned how late it was. I am not sure how they have good reviews, could be fake. Edit in response to the owner: I know the mechanic was exaggerating the issue as their other mechanics said it wasn't a big deal and its something most cars have. The car was not dodgy at all, you and one of your mechanic is the issue. The other 2 mechanics seem honest and don't exaggerate which is why I gave 2 stars.
