If they chip your rim when mounting a tire, they will not inform you. They will cover the chip with a sharpie. What a joke.
Went to get a wheel alignment, rotation and balancing. Went to get a WOF a few days later and it was noted that the rear tires have slashes and cracked sidewalls. I would have expected the technicians to have called this out as I would have put new tires straight away. Now I have to pay for this again. Not going back.
I've been dealing with these guys for years, and they are the best. When asked for a recommendation as to which tyre best suits your vehicle, you are given really worthwhile advice. Great service. One of the few places that will rotate your tyres on request and check your tracking. Just make sure you ask for Mike. His enthusiasm for his trade and his customers is infectious.
Big shout out to these guys! This week my wife got a screw in the tire but fortunately it did not need a repair. I had put on the spare myself to drive the car to them. Without question they asked for the key popped the car on a jack and refitted the tyre. No cost at all despite my appeal to pay something for their time.

Called Bridgestone at 10am needing a last minute job done; tires to be stripped and swapped on my mk5 GTI. They had me in shop 90 minutes later, and took less than 60 minutes to complete the job.
