   Great service and lovely to deal with. We Had our washing machine door brake and he came over same day and found the issue and was back 2 days later with the parts to fix it. Charge was very reasonable too

   Hmmm! Less than impressive. Amongst other things I rang to find out who serviced LG appliances (fridge) in our area. I did so after the companies that I rang (Windress etc.) were not interested in servicing LG appliances. One was interested until he discovered that it was LG and he just said "good luck" and gave me someone elses number (who wasn't interested either). LG service centre was going to email me some agents in my area. This was about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't happened. It is a good thing that I purchsed a Mitsubishi fridge freezer as a replacement. It was much cheaper than the LG anyway but it would have been nice not to trash a unit that we had only had for 4 years.

   Very hard to understand on the phone and in person. I wasn't given a quote - just charged and in my opinion a lot for a simple seal change and no guarantee or record of "work done".
