   I came in with my iPhone 15 Pro because it had stopped charging properly. I wasn’t sure if it was a port issue or something else, but it just wouldn’t connect to the charger. A friend recommended this repair shop, and I’m honestly so glad I went. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They checked the phone on the spot and quickly confirmed the charging port was the problem. What impressed me most—they said it could be fixed in about 15 minutes, and they actually stuck to that! True to their word, the repair was done incredibly fast. In just 15 minutes, my phone was back in perfect working condition and charging like new again. They tested everything in front of me, even with my own cable, just to make sure it was 100% fixed before I left. The quality of service was top-notch—no shortcuts, no pressure, and no hidden charges. They were transparent about the cost upfront and very reasonable, especially considering it’s a newer model like the iPhone 15 Pro.    Pretty disappointing service considering how many good reviews have been left. First visit: Got my S23 Ultra screen replaced + screen protector (for over $500 total) but there was dust left in the camera area behind the screen. Second visit: Dropped phone off to get it cleaned, they lost my phone case (luckily I took all my cards out prior to leaving my phone there), took it back and found that they damage my camera even more and heaps of glue left all over my phone. Third visit: finally got it fixed properly, still awaiting on phone case replacement...

   Pls check carefully on their return policy before you make a purchase . If you bought a faulty charger, they won’t give you a cash refund. Please stop explaining. You wasted a few hours of my life. If you think 30minutes equals immediately, good luck with your life. You still haven’t give me a refund. Going forward, you will hear from NZ consumer affairs, as I have all the evidence I need.

   Disarster averted. The tech here is a magician which saved my day and my phone from ending up in the trash. I can't speak more highly of the service, the speed and the friendliness. Cracked screen then 90 minutes later I'm typing this review. What more does anyone want.

   I wish I could select minus stars!! I only wish I had read the review previously before experiencing the worst customer service ever. Yesterday I was so happy to have purchased a new I phone 14 on my contract renewal. I was eager to purchase a protective cover and screens. I attended Albany Mall and aproached The OMNI Tech counter. The guy who served me convinced me to purchase the silicon screen which he said was far better than the standard glass. I also purchased a case and a lens protector. BIG MISTAKE. Once I got home I noticed once the screen saver turned on, I there was a defect line across the middle of the screen. Dissapointed, I returned to the Mall today believing that once explained that the screen protector was not fit for purpose, I would have the option of changing it for a glass screen. ANOTHER MISTAKE. The guy attempted to explain the defect line was caused by packaging and should go away in a couple of days. He also suggested that he could heat the screen protector up which might help. I don't know about anyone else but as a customer, if you explain that a product is not fit for purchase, you should be given the opportunity to choose an option or receive a refund. YET ANOTHER MISTAKE. They guy immediately stated even if he changed it for the glass alternative, he was not going to refund the difference. I kind of expected this due to his very poor attitude. I asked him to replace the screen cover so that I could leave. I commented how rubbish the customer service was. NO RESPONSE. If anyone reads reviews before considering buying from OMNI Tec, I have at least done a good deed by persuading you NOT TO GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE KIOSK. Dont make the mistake I did.

   Absolute rip off c**nts. Terrible service, absolute scammers. Get told one price one the phone when I called, a more expensive price when dropping off and then another more expensive price on pick up. Also force you to sign a waiver after they have worked on your phone saying if anything gets lost it’s on you and not them. Do not go here
