   We are very happy customers. Both of us suffer bad back and hip pain .We are in our seventies .We were very nervous about having to purchase yet another mattress after our last 3 over a nine year period hadn't lived up to expectation or advertised performance.Our previous purchases were not cheap. Holly at BedsRus Albany completely changed our damped and nervous outlook on buying a new mattress .She got us individually to lie on a Body Map mattress .This mattress machine measures where ones pressure points are combined with body weight to give a reading of what mattress would give best the best level of support and comfort. From there we were offered a selection of mattresses ranging in price but all giving the same level of support as per our body map results . Holly was very engaging and wasn't giving any hard sell talk .We spent nearly an hour asking many questions and never once felt hurried . Its day 3 after receiving our new Sleepyhead Sanctuary Midnight 3 mattress and already we notice we aren't stiff when we get out of bed each morning .Thankyou Holly for everything you did to make us feel confident we were making the correct choice. Well done .. Here's to many many great painfree nights sleep . Janet and John

   Super friendly and helpful staff; and very quick and efficient delivery by Dean and Izaak. In fact this delivery was the best I have had for a long time. Dean contacted me the night before seeking confirmation I woud be home, then again in the morning letting me know the timeframe and asking me to confirm, and then again 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. I wish all deliveries could be made like this - it certainly takes the guesswork out of your day :) Thank you
