   Excellent customer service and communication. Very easy, friendly and pleasant team to deal with. The team helped with tyres for both mine and my husbands cars. They noticed we had purchased the wrong size tyres online and called us almost instantly and helped us without any hesitation. I came in with my 6 month old son and had him in the pushchair, the team held the door open for us every time and even opened the boot of my car for me afterwards to make it easier for me putting the pushchair back. Awesome work guys, thank you so much!!

   One of my trailer tyres gone flat today (due to a fault in tyre valve). The trailer was loaded, I could not leave it unsupervised for long period of time. My car wheel nut wrench would not fit my trailer, and I did not have a spare trailer wheel anyway... Luckily Albany Bridgestone Tyre Centre was just several hundred meters away and I ran there for help. It was 10 minutes before closing time when I got there. Not only the good guys at the Centre lent me their wheel nut wrench, they also waited for me despite time to go home (last week before Christmas!). Then replaced the tyre valve for free. I really appreciate your help, good people. Thumbs up for Albany Bridgestone Tyre Centre friendly and professional staff. You have made my day ;)
