   Very warm and welcoming! Dr Lorna Buehler is incredibly kind and funny, and puts you right at ease. I only saw Dr Reddy once, but he was also very caring and kind. Reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and you’re always made to feel comfortable- I’ve had Helen the last few times I’ve called, and she is just so patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

   STAY WELL CLEAR Have sons ill at home, firstly cant get appointments at all unless you by chance get through at exactly 08:30. All we get is Pamol, Ibruprofen and a Good luck. Children are nor eating but have to wait over 3 days for a swab result. Again stay well clear, more unpleasant times listed below My son went in to see Dr Kieran Tan last week. He made my wife feel like she was wasting his time. He hardly looked into the ear and just said he didnt see anything, I can see the bump with my naked eye so I dont know that he looked at all. This comes short after another unpleasant visit with Dr Botes. Stay well clear of these "Doctors"

   The most welcoming and friendly receptionists at any doctors I have been too - the team have a lovely phone manner. Especially Helen I think. Dr Reddy and Dr Tan are compassionate and take their time to listen to you. I am really grateful to have found this clinic. It is a shame it can take so long to get appointments, though this has improved, but that is the case everywhere at the moment sadly.

   Older Receptionist was very rude. After driving 75 min I was 10 min late. She refused me entry. I had flown in 6 hours prior. I had to come back 2 weeks later and ran out of medication. Being a shift worker international was hard to get a suitable time to get back. The other staff wanted to check drs were okay with me still going, but she refused. I cried with tired exhaustion and very high blood pressure. Haved moved south where people are friendly.

   I have come from another practice since moving to the area and I’m blown away by how great the customer service is from Helen & reception staff. All doctors and nurses I’ve met too have been so friendly and kind. So glad I have joined! Me and my family always feel welcomed and valued. Amazing work from everyone, more practices need to follow your lead.

   5 stars for the reception admin. Almost every single GP clinic that I have been to, the reception staff have been awful and rude. I had the complete opposite experience here. Was greeted with a lovely smile and she was very polite. Dr Botes was also wonderful. She was patient and understanding. Glad I changed my GP to Family Doctors.

   This star rating would be for the first I Ever went to the A&E Clinic some months back infor got who saw but it was the most amazing expensive I have ever had everyone was so helpful and the Doctor and Nurse were amazing. Since then I have had some good experience and some well not so sure if I should feel offended. But that aside its been a pleasant experience

   Dr Reddy is just THE BEST! I have had a number of different GP's over the years both in Australia and here, but I reckon he's just brilliant. I visit every 3 months and ALWAYS get a huge smile & a hug each time. He is the only Dr I have ever met who truly understands and empathises with my situation. He takes the time to explain things in simple English, what your treatment options are, and answer even your most simple questions. All GP's can learn a lot from him. Update on 29/01/21. Plexiglass screen is in place at Reception desk.
