   I saw someone that recommended Nadeesha on the first home buyers Facebook group plus a few other mortgage brokers, I messaged all of them, all the other mortgage brokers told me I wasn't ready or that I can't get a mortgage as my numbers were too low as i was a single applicant with 3 kids buying in auckland, well everyone except Nadeesha. She made a plan for me instead of saying no. She was so easy to communicate with right from the start, she's so down to earth and always open to all my questions. She was the only one that told me I was ready when I thought I was no where ready, she pushed through and tried really hard to get my application through. We settled into our home just in time before xmas and made the process so much easier than I thought. I highly highly recommend her if you think you're not ready or your numbers are too low, please just get in touch with her and she will make a plan for you just like what she did for me. I bought a 3 bedroom standalone house with 700sq mtres of land in south Auckland for around $700k!!! Photo: setting up our Xmas tree for the 1st time in 20 years in our own home feels so unreal!! But oh so worth it. Thank you again Nadeesha happy new years!

   I am so pleased that I came across Nadeesha on social media. Our house purchase wasn’t planned at all—we were just browsing when I came across a house I instantly fell in love with. Unfortunately, I didn’t win that first home. The application process was smooth, though honestly nerve-racking, as we waited for Nadeesha’s updates about whether our financial status would allow us to move forward with a home loan. I wasn’t expecting a good outcome—I thought she would come back saying we’d need to wait a few more months to improve our bank statements. But to my surprise, she said that she was ready to submit our application, which she did, and we were approved!
