   I was initially impressed by the friendly and quick service. However, the experience quickly turned negative. In mid 2023 i brought my car in to get some work done on it, I requested a turbo motor for an engine swap, but a non-turbo motor was installed instead (without my knowledge). Car was running great…. for about a week, then the engine soon developed severe oil leaks and not running right, when I returned, the mechanic could not provide a clear explanation or solution. It was clear there was little to no research done on the engine beforehand. After spending $4,482, I was left with a faulty car and no choice but to sell it. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering this shop. Although my experience was in 2023, I feel it’s important to share.

   I had the pleasure of meeting Freddy after a recommendation of VTNZ. I went to see him when my WOF results came back with a severe oil leak. Freddy took my car in immediately, diagnosed the issue and fixed it all within 30 minutes. He then refused payment which was entirely unexpected and greatly appreciated! Thank you for your genuine kindness and generosity Freddy I will be recommending you and your shop to everyone I know. You made my day and I hope you enjoy the whisky!

   Very upset with my experience this time around. My car now has a brand new dent/scratch on it that was 100% Not there before I took the car in. Mechanics were “unsure” of how it happened. Disappointed they didn’t take ownership of the damage they caused. Do not recommend!!!

   Avoid at all cost!!! It is a total rip off! We went for WOF and they failed our car and quoted $1050 for wheel bearing hub + $150 to replace Sun visor. (Another mechanic only charged us $360 for wheel bearing hub) They are overpriced and difficult to communicate with. Totally unprofessional.

   I was on a tight schedule and Freddie offered me to have a look at my car on the same day! He ordered the important parts and started the repairs the next morning. I left his workshop at 8 am and didn't except to hear back from him before the afternoon. He called me at 12 pm. Super quick! Great work! Most friendly mechanic!
