We have used Capital S.M.A.R.T Rosedale on three occasions. Each time the repairs were done to excellent standard. Their overall service from start to finish was exceptional.

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review below five stars, and I strongly encourage potential customers to read this before choosing this company. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and raises concerns about the legitimacy of their consistently high ratings. 1. Negligent Post-Inspection Handling Following an inspection, my engine covers and associated screws were left completely unclipped and unsecured. I had to reattach everything myself. When I raised the issue the company denied responsibility and blamed it on a third party company. 2. Unhygienic and Unprofessional Treatment of Vehicle After their inspection, I found dead insects, including cockroaches, on my back seat. The engine cover had been left in the back, unsecured and the screws and clips were carelessly dumped in a storage compartment. This lack of basic professionalism is unacceptable. 3. No Access to Temporary Vehicles Despite multiple requests, I was repeatedly told that no courtesy vehicles were available even when my car was required for extended periods. This made it incredibly difficult to manage transport during the repair process. 4.Poor Communication and Disrespectful Conduct The staff were dismissive and condescending. On one occasion I was told repairs would take “a couple of hours" only to be treated rudely for waiting at reception when it actually required a full day. This lack of clarity and courtesy disrupted my entire schedule Due to the ongoing issues and lack of care for customers I had to go through the trouble of requesting a repairer change through my insurance provider. I would highly advise staying away from this company.
Excellent service, I feel better with the driving and the performance of the car, don’t know why as it is a panel repair.

Reception staff is very helpful. However, when we went there to pick up the car, we found some outstanding tasks that required fixing. They took care of it straight away but we had to wait for an hour or so to get the car.

Had my first panel beater experience here and it was superb! The staff are professional, warm and hassle free! They also supplied me with courtesy car. I had a damage from side crash and as you can see in the picture, fixed perfectly! Would recommend everyone to use their service but unfortunately, they dont do private work as they have a fixed collaboration with insurance company.
