Will not use again. Contrary to some other reviews, there was a lack of attention to detail, which ended up in significant additional cost. Also compounded by a lack of knowledge, even of Hello World's own promotions.
We have used many travel agents over the years of travel but none have come anywhere near the professional service that we have been getting from Sharleen of Helloworld Pukekohe. Every detail is covered and follow up has been superb. We cannot recommend Helloworld Pukekohe highly enough and will continue to use them until we are no longer able or have run out of money. We have been dealing with Helloworld Travel Pukekohe for some years now, with Sharleen Lusty and occasionally Christine Rutherford. Sharleen has come to know our likes and dislikes which makes things easy for us both. Sharleen always goes the extra mile and is more than happy to change things if we require. We have just returned from our second trip to Tasmania. The first trip we both got covid and called Sharleen to change all our flights, car hire and get extra accommodation. That right there is what I'm talking about going the extra mile! We highly recommend Helloworld Travel Pukekohe, the service is great and a very friendly environment as you are dealing with well travelled travel professionals.
Sharleen Lusty went above and beyond on our recent trip to Port Douglas. Offering amazing options for day trips took care of everything after only 1 conversation. One of the hotels was full so she quickly came back with multiple options. Took customer service to a whole new level. Efficient service and responds quickly. Always friendly and helpful on the ohine. Will definitely be booking with Sharleen and the team at Helloworld Puke next trip!
Terrible customer service. Was given a hugely inflated price over the pH and then fobbed off Obviously they are too busy for my business. So I went elsewhere. Just rude behaviour
Fantastic and friendly, got my flights and accom sorted for fiji and couldnt be happier. The stress was taken out and all done over email didnt have to visit the store, except for collecting the documents. Wouldnt hesitate to come back.
Very helpful staff emailed them for some information and they got straight back to me and with some extra information
