this branch is very untrustworthy. They are not helpful and frauded people. My sister bought a ticket (refundable and multiple change dates) however for a change of date they charged her and they didn't refund her the return ticket! The lady who sold ticket Linda Voice doesn't work any more at this branch/Pukekohe, however, the branch didn't offer any help! My sister is currently in Germany. I encouraged her to make a formal complaint. This is our responsibility to share our experience with public and inform people about this branch. I don't recommend this branch to anyone. absolutely useless people are there to rip you off.
I would never use Flight center again especially Pukekohe branch. We used flight center as we don't fly often and thought it best to get help from professionals who understand and can explain the jargon and help us with our questions , all seemed ok then it's like they took our money and ran. Visiting the branch end up with different staff contradicting other staff etc. Getting a response by email to the branch or to the individual is impossible without contacting their Facebook page and complaining.Just want others to know about this ,would hate to see someone else go through this
We work with Jess at pukekohe flight centre. She's awesome even when we change our mind constantly. We have just returned from seven weeks overseas. Everything she booked for us went like clockwork. Happy to pay a service fee for peace of mind and great service.

FC Botany gave 2 prices for a resort, right resort but wrong prices, then told the following day we need to google and do the search ourselves. 8 Adults for an International trip, thank goodness we never booked through them and grateful they told us to do Google search as we saved over $8000 and went through their competitor. Flight Centre Botany is an absolute joke
The girls at the Pukekohe flight centre were very rude. They don’t have any decency or are trained on how to talk to a pregnant lady. I just went to book the tickets this afternoon but I understand they were busy, instead of being polite about it this girl literally shouted at me and raised her voice, all I wanted to ask if I can use my credit to book my flights. Dear flight centre, I understand that you guys are busy and understaffed but atleast please ensure you have your staff is trained properly and have the manner’s on how to talk to customer, otherwise you will continue to loose business.
