    This AA Auto Centre does not even deserve 1 star!!! I recently took my Suzuki Swift to AA Auto Centre for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointment and frustration. After the initial repair, which involved replacing spark plugs, coils, leads, rocker cover gasket, and the air filter, I was assured that the car had been road tested and was ready to go. But after taking the car home, the engine was still shaking. I contacted the centre, and their response was that the engine was supposed to shake due to the car being a Suzuki Swift. To make matters worse, the engine light came on again shortly after. This led to a second visit to the centre, during which I was asked to leave the car overnight and it would be looked at the next day. However, I received a call the same day with a seemingly rushed diagnosis claiming that the issue was the placemat affecting the pedals which triggered the engine light. This explanation left me questioning the thoroughness of their inspection as that inspection was completed in less than half an hour and I was told to take the car home again. Shortly after that visit, the car's temperature gauge became the next issue, reaching all the way to hot after a short drive. Which resulted in bringing the car back for the third time. They said that the temperature sensor needed to be replaced, which I agreed to replace at my own cost. This resulted in leaving my car with them for two weeks, when I came to collect the car, they assured me that the car had been road tested and it shouldn’t have any more issues. But the same engine overheating problem persisted after just one day of having the car back. Throughout this entire process, I had to make numerous callbacks enquiring about the effectiveness of the repairs done to the car and each time they have asked to give them another chance to fix it. And I’ve also had to make multiple callouts as I was hesitant to drive a vehicle that was prone to overheating. The cumulative experiences of inadequate testing, the recurrence of the same issues and the lack of resolution indicate a failure on the part of their mechanics to properly and accurately diagnose and address the underlying issues with my vehicle. Despite the trust and multiple chances I have extended to the centre to provide resolution, the core issues have not been resolved satisfactorily. The car’s overheating issue is a cause for significant concern, and its recurrence after multiple visits to the centre shows a lack of proper attention to detail which pose a potential safety risk for me if the car was to be driven. In all honesty, I can't recommend the service provided by this AA Auto Centre. The lack of thorough testing and effective resolution has left me feeling extremely unsatisfied and hesitant to trust their expertise. It's disheartening to think that after multiple chances, my car is still experiencing the same problems. I would advise others to carefully consider alternative options before entrusting their vehicles to this centre.

    I went in for gold service and I am shocked by the level of expertise of this branch…. - Coolant sprayed all over engine bay. I guess they don’t know it’s not safe to open the cap when engine is hot? - well, mistakes happen but no effort to make it up?? - dashboard still dirty while they said it’s been dusted - overspray of tire shine, I could see it on brake rotors Why would anyone pay big money for rushed job?
