   I recently had an issue with the air-conditioning in my car and took it to CoolPower in Wairau Valley. Kevin helped diagnose the problem and told me that my blower fan was faulty. After I got the replacement part, I went back to him and he kindly helped install it on the spot. What impressed me most was that he didn’t charge me for the inspection or the installation of the new blower fan. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely just wanted to help. It wasn’t about the money — he simply did a great job and cared about looking after his customers. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend his service.    If you're reading this, you're probably looking for somewhere to fix your cars cooling. Let me save you some time shopping around. This is the *only* place you should be considering . Kevin has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He quickly responded to my initial email regarding replacing the radiator fans in our Audi Q3. Provided a reasonable quote and sourced the parts within a short space of time. He gave me a clear run through of the work he carried out and charged a reasonable price. A true professional, seriously....don't waate your time going elsewhere!

   It's hard to know who you can trust with car air-con problems. I'd highly recommend Kevin at Cool Power. The blower motor for our Mazda Biante died. I got quotes from several places. Kevin quoted the best price, and that was with a new Mazda blower motor (the other places quoted more $$$ for aftermarket parts!). Kevin was transparent and proactive with his communication throughout the whole process. Have a look at the other reviews - you'll see more of the same!

   Excellent service all round. We put in an enquiry on a Saturday and Kevin phoned back and saw us straight away. Identified the issue and booked me in for the Monday. He had to make a part as my car is a bit older. Only person i could find who would actually take my job on. So grateful to have air con sorted for next summer! Would absolutely recommend.

   I highly recommend Kevin of Cool Power. He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable at what he does. I gave him a call friday morning if he can inspect AC of my car. He warmly told me to come over. He ran some tests on the car which he explained thoroughly with me. My car was ready for pickup Sunday (could be earlier if I was available on saturday). Kevin is very competent and went the extra mile to help me out. He did the same job at half the time and half the cost of what other shops quoted. For any car airconditioning needs, hit Kevin and support small but promising business owners like him! Thanks Kevin!

   Definitely the most informative and friendly mechanic I have used. At short notice Kevin tested my whole system explaining clearly each step, replaced old worn O rings, checked the filter I didnt even know about, then re oiled and regassed the system. Even replaced free two grille retainers I hadnt noticed missing. Great Service AND a Great Price too. Definitely recommend to family and friends and I will be coming back here for all my future Air Cond servicing!!!

We dropped by on a Saturday without realising that appointments were necessary during weekends. However, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us and patiently explained the problem to us.    Kevin Esbend is a nice person to deal with. He is well spoken, very professional, and knows his trade. Kevin checked my car air con because I thought it wasn't cold enough. Kevin put gas in my car. He gave me very good advise on how to get the most out of my car fan/heater and air-con. The Office Lady was very nice to deal with. She is also well spoken, friendly and professional. Tidy waiting room and premises. Good parking. The arranging of me dropping off and picking up my car was easy. Kevin kept me informed with what was happening. I will be recommending Coolpower Car Air-Conditioning to others and to my customers, as I work in the Automotive industry.
