   So far I'm a bit disappointed in the debt collection side of things. Not because we haven't successfully managed to receive our money back, but because of the lack of communication and I've had to keep following up for updates. It actually makes me feel like we don't matter because we aren't a business - we're not important enough. Our family sought help for collection of a $5000 deposit paid to a business who then used our funds on something else other than building materials for a cabin. We had tried getting the money back ourselves unsuccessfully as well as complaining to the Commerce Commission, Company Registration office and filing a report with the police - no one was interested and didn't see that any wrong doing had taken place....... so we sought help early March. To date nothing has been resolved.
