   Delivery was prompt, however trying to get in contact with someone regarding returning a product near impossible! It took myself and husband to keep chasing these people. Ian doesn’t reply to calls or emails. Returned product was signed for and took over a week to refund me. Won’t be using them again for my cleaning business.

   I ordered some products in February and they sent the wrong item, I sent them an email and they rang once to verify, and that was the end of it. There has been no further contact. The item was not refunded, exchanged, and I have not been able to get any further answers from them. I would not recommend them, nor desire to buy anything further.
