   Sammy is absolutely amazing! She is at reception and the first friendly face we see — always welcoming, warm, and professional. She makes us feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. She is truly the reason we joined this centre and, through her, we were able to meet such an amazing team.    From the moment I enquired about viewing/enrolling at the centre to now, everyone has gone above and beyond to help make us feel welcome and to understand both of my kids needs. The team do a fantastic job running the front end and the teachers have made me feel super relaxed that my kids are in the best hands. The teachers do an amazing job of managing my daughters type one diabetes and I have such peace of mind that they are making all efforts to learn as much as they can to be able to manage it while my daughter is in their care. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful, caring bunch of people for my kids to spend their days with. My kids also seem very happy and content which is all I could ask for. The centre is great with so many activities/toys for the kids to explore and the menu looks nutritious and delicious.

   BestStart Whangaparaoa is hands down the best Childcare Centre in the area! The facility is lovely, as soon as you walk into the the brand new building the first thing you notice is how clean, bright and inviting the space is. Each classroom has huge windows letting in so much natural light for the kids. There are plenty of appropriate decorations and learning aids throughout each room. The outdoor space is new, large, has a rubber ground for the kid’s safety and is above all secure and clean. The manager - Wow! She is great; Michaela is there everyday before we get there and long after we pick up. She knows everything! She is very approachable and responsive, and always does her best to help you in any way she can. Staff - By far the most important part of every Centre are the people who work there and make it all happen. You will not find a more compassionate, caring group of teachers and staff. The manager and teaching staff work hard to provide a nurturing, fun, safe environment for learning and development. The combined fun and educational classroom structure has truly made a positive impact on our family. Our daughter loves it there and we love knowing that our child is being cared for and taught by such amazing teachers at a fantastic centre. Check it out. You’ll love it too!! The Brothwoods

   My son is 15 months old and has been attending Best Start Whangaparaoa for 6 months now. We are so happy with our choice to send him here. We had him enrolled in another centre, but he was constantly upset so we decided to change and haven't looked back! He is so happy, loves the meals and adores his teachers. They genuinely care about his wellbeing and provide regular updates on his learning with a lot of photos which we love. Highly recommend this centre!

   My daughter has been attending best start since March and we are so happy with our choice! The teachers are so great with all the kids, the food they supply is great and she loves walking in those doors every day. I highly recommend going to Best start whangaparaoa for a look around, they give full tours of the centre so you can get a good look around where your child/children will be spending their days!

   My Daughter has been attending BestStart Whangaparaoa since they opened in November and thoroughly enjoys it, even asking "When are we going to daycare?" on the weekends! The facilities are amazing, with huge outdoor play spaces, and most importantly the staff are welcoming, friendly and provide amazing daily experiences that challenge, interest and extend my daughters learning. We will be sad to leave in January when she starts school, however know that she has been equipped with all the tools she needs for her next learning journey.
