Quite low stock levels, and hit and miss sizing. Good for sale items but full price is expensive. Staff are very friendly.

We came instore last month to look at the shoe sale and were helped by Aaron V. I cannot express how wonderful he was, he was so patient and kind while I tried on multiple pairs of shoes, gave helpful advice and even went into his break to help us finish our purchase. A 10/10 experience due to how nice he was.

I am only giving a 1 star because I have to. That said, I would possibly give the original sales person who was standing in on the 29th September 4.5 stars for her service. Did you know that Amazon offer a blanket 60 day warranty on every single item they sell. I'm not sure which "clever" person worked out that sweet spot. The pair of handles I purchased on the 29th February, that I have worn maybe a dozen times (that's 12 times in case the "clever" person reads this), and are in near new condition apart from where the glue has failed on the straps of both shoes. I noticed the issue a few days ago but we are now 2 weeks outside of the 60 day policy. I showed the sales person my bank transaction showing that I bought the jandles and a dress but unfortunately I didn't keep the slip. I still have jandles I bought two years ago so I didn't expect these to fail so soon. The sales persons final words were, " You can call Albany yourself but we don't sell them anymore and no one is going to swop them or refund them because you are outside of the warranty period. I can't help you" So it's off to see how the Consumer Guarantees Act can help us.

The store manager at Amazon Glenfield went out of his way to help me after one of the dresses I bought in a sale recently went missing while I was travelling (don't fly Qantas). I really liked the dress and was hoping to be able to buy it again. He not only retrieved the receipt so I could check the name of the item, but also checked with other store managers if the dress was still available anywhere. It wasn't, however thanks to his help in pulling up the receipt I was able to buy the dress online in a different colour.
