   When I first called Steve, he was already very polite and reassuring, especially as I was quite worried and unsure what to do. Thank you to the Polite team for turning up so quickly to check a possible blockage in my laundry. The gentleman who came was very polite and respectful, and even though it turned out to be a false alarm and the water was running nicely, he still carried out a thorough check to make sure nothing was missed. I really appreciated the helpful, professional service.

   We’ve liaised with Polite Plumbers for a few times now, I think about 3-4 times. A couple of times for an issue with our bidet and then another time or two with our hot water cylinder. For every time we’ve contacted Polite Plumbers, they have been very responsive and they always send someone in such a short period of time from initial contact - literally within 15-30 minutes. The team is always so kind, professional and prompt in their service. I would definitely recommend Polite Plumbers to anyone needing a reliable and professional plumber. You won’t be disappointed with Steve and Dilly’s team. Lastly, in addition to the top quality service, their prices are reasonable and fair - a total package.

   My kids love the vans and logos. Quick and responsive communication. Work was done very quickly too. No major jargon or expensive bills. They turned up early figured out the issue and did the job, also fixing an additional issue with my other bathroom. No hard sell, no nickel diming you for every little thing. Reaosnable price. These guy are great would recommend.

   Great service, really considerate of keeping things clean and tidy as the work was done and was happy to answer questions I had and explain how the work was done. Easy way to make payment via mobile eftpos. I did need to follow up after filling in the online form and I didn’t initially hear back, but as soon as I called they were responsive, had good communication, and prompt. Would recommend.

   Great response, come on a drop of a dime, really appreciate that thank you. Did not expect a $1K bill though, even with the agreed $250 call out fee, the job was not $1K and trust me I have used alot of plumbers lately. But if you need someone quick, he is your man..

   I called Polite Plumbers during the cyclone as water was dripping from an unsealed pipe and into a bedroom. They arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the pipe. I can not thank them enough as I thought I’d never get anyone to help so quickly during such a busy event. The guys who showed up were really friendly and professional. They will definitely be my go to n future. Highly recommend.

   I pinged polite plumbers last week to help fix the loo. It was a silly job but we couldn’t work out what needed to happen. Steve sent the boys around within a few days and they completed the job in minutes. Super professional and ironically very polite. Would recommend for future plumbing jobs. Thanks team!!

   So impressed with these guys. Admittedly we booked because of the cool vans we had seen, however the service was on point! They came out the following day, fixed the leak no drama and even came back late into the evening to make an additional adjustment. Recommend amazing service!

   Spoke to owner Steve, he said able to help on the day in the afternoon, kept in touch so was able to do the job earlier. Within half an hour of calling. The two gentlemen that attended, were friendly, helpful and very quick within half hour, offered advice on the cause and the damged pipe. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing emergency repairs.
