I am writing this review to share my terrible experience, specifically with Max Whitehead, after the phone call we had. I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated during our conversation. To put it frankly, Max Whitehead was extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. He constantly cut me off and did not allow me to finish my sentences, making it difficult for me to explain the context of my situation. It was clear that he was only interested in taking on an easy case to make money and avoid putting in the effort. He was also very abrasive and abrupt in his tone, showing no empathy towards someone who was seeking help during a difficult time. It was disheartening to be attacked instead of being offered the assistance that your firm is known for. I am grateful that I chose another lawyer in the end who turned out to be 100 times better than Whitehead. They fought for me and successfully won my case. I regret even considering your firm initially and now I understand why people warn others against working with old and outdated individuals who refuse to adapt to the changing times. It is evident that your firm lacks the proper systems and procedures to run a business effectively in today's world. I would like to warn others to be careful when choosing your firm, as they may face a similar experience like mine. In light of my experience, I would not recommend Whitehead or your firm to anyone who needs legal assistance. It is disheartening to see a lawyer attack someone during one of the most stressful times of their life instead of fulfilling their obligation to help. I am well aware that Max Whitehead's response to this review might be defensive and attempt to attack me in order to protect his supposed "angel" image. However, this does not change the fact that my experience with your firm was terrible and I am more than willing to share it with others. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for your firm to take a closer look at how you conduct your business and ensure that you treat people with respect and empathy.
