Disappointing customer service. Staff were disinterested, snobby & completely unhelpful. No greeting, no offer of assistance - just blank stares & attitude. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I walked in ready to buy & walked out feeling judged & ignored. I doubt Helen & Chris would be impressed, the service doesn’t live up to the reputation their name was built on.
Love this shop. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the brands they carry and went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable — I really appreciated the willingness to help. Highly recommend!

Great mix of womenswear product here, especially the Wynn, Ganni and Acne pieces. A shame that the menswear section feels very dull and pedestrian, and it's like they know it because it's just pushed away to the back of the store. There's a nice airiness to this particular store with the high ceilings and large floorplan which helps with the shopping experience. I've visited the store about 5 times over the past 6 months, making purchases 3 of those times, and I was never bothered by the staff.. which some might consider rude, but I quite like being able to go about my browsing without any small talk about the weather or having to have deep discussions about all of the new arrivals. They're nice enough once you get to the counter. To be honest, the main reason I shop here is for the range. When I have an event, it's my first stop.
I don’t understand why the staff here think it’s okay to stare up customers and not even offer a ‘hello’ or smile? Willing to splash out on some nice pieces but the dissatisfying customer service has been off-putting.
Great staff, always so helpful and friendly. David has to be my favorite part of this shop, he always gives me honest advice, shows me all the best pieces and is so genuine. Can't recommend Workshop enough to family and friends!!! Love their buys of all their international designers!!!
