Love this shop!! Left a review for Wellington Sills by mistake on the Hern Bay site. The ladies in Sills Hern Bay could not be more helpful. Have visited many times in store and they have helped me numerous times with purchases over the phone. Always nice to chat to someone about your orders. Beautiful store, always a great selection of clothes and wonderful gift ideas.

I bought a pair of sneakers from the Herne Bay store - loved them so much that when I saw them on sale, I purchased a back up pair. A year later, I took them out of the box and started to wear the second pair only to discover I had been given two different size shoes! Obviously this was the retail assistant's error when she boxed them up and even with proof of purchase, they were most unhelpful. They would not accept responsibility. Yes, time had passed but the shoes are virtually new and unwearable. I first shopped at Caroline Sills in the 1980s - but never again.
Such a lovely shop, always so beautifully presented with a great selection of items. Staff are helpful and give great advice. Thank you - cant wait to shop again soon!
Wife wanted to buy a pair of shoes and was treated so poorly she is now shopping elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money or time here. Both team members cut from the same cloth. “ we can’t be wasting our time moving stock from store to store” - this was directed at another customer whilst in store.
