   Better then their competitors, like Repco and all. But like any other business, they are big so hard to have consistency thru the whole network of their staff support. Definitely a go to place for any general car queries!

   Writing to have a grumble at your service, or lack of. The fuel delivery line on my Nissan NV200 was slashed, in order for the person to steal fuel. AA diagnosed it, towed me home as it was late at night, and said it’s ok to drive short distance to mechanic only. So I got on the phone this morning to several mechanics nearby, to find a part and discuss the fitting of it. Several places confirm that yes I can get a replacement from Japan, but with a 3+ week delivery time. Or I should be able to get an after market part for cheaper/quicker, but it will need to be physically looked at to confirm what part is needed. Not only did I get the above information from several mechanics, but also Partmaster. Choosing to go with Partmaster, I drove my car to you on Great North Rd. The man who attended me advised me - sorry but they cannot get that part. I queried this, given the information I had just received from Partmaster on the phone. He said again - not possible, neither for a new part ex-Japan or an after market. No offer of where I could try, just straight out - can’t help you. Not only did I waste my time and precious km’s left in the tank to be told this, but you are “part masters” - aren’t you?? Surely if anyone, a “part master” would be able to source 1 x part for a 2010 Japanese vehicle and get me back on the road?!! Terrible service, would NOT recommend.

   Pleased I went to Partmaster Grey Lynn. I visited Repco great North rd for some replacement trailer bearings. They were helpful, however didn't have the parts in stock so had to order them in. I said hold fire, and went up the road to Partmaster. I'm glad I did as they had the parts on hand, and were 1/3 cheaper ($77 vs $120). The older guy I dealt with (that someone seems to have bagged in a previous review) was helpful and efficient also.
