   The receptionist at this clinic should NOT work in the mental health space. She is rude, dismissive and aggressive. I was appalled at her tone and how rude she was when I just requested an appointment. I'm horrified that she will be dealing with people who are struggling mentally. DO NOT book your loved ones in here if you want them to feel better. Terrible customer service and a horrid lady.

   Receptionist needs further training on professional and courteous customer service at a minimum, especially as frontline for Psychiatry bookings of all things. Please also consider listening to your voicemail messages, before returning customer calls for the purposes of continuity of service.
