   The tiles are nice, the administration reminds me of the Muppet show. Would give zero stars if possible. I cancelled a set of tiles 60 minutes after ordering them. She insistent this was a return and not a cancellation. I had to take the tiles or be charged a restocking fee for the same price as the tiles. I am reporting their vague terms and conditions to the commerce commission.

   Artedomus is New Zealand’s premier destination for stone and tile. With owner Richard and sales lead Amanda, their expertise and eye for detail ensures a bespoke, personal touch. After 6 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, I can say with confidence, Artedomus is the bold answer to tired, traditional design.

   I agree with others who have found Artedomus's customer service to be arrogant and self-serving. I had banished them from my mind when, a month later, they had the audacity to send me an invoice for something I’d already paid. When I pointed out their mistake? zero apology. Absolutely do not recommend. Plenty of other places with better service and better tiles.

   Artedomus has gorgeous high-quality tiles, but our experience was disappointing. The showroom and products look fantastic, but the customer service was hit-or-miss. Collection and returns were a hassle, and some staff made us feel like we were bothering them. If you're on a budget, look elsewhere. If you care more about getting premium tiles than being treated well, Artedomus might work for you.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

   Venetia in the Havelock North branch has been amazing to deal with. Helped with suggestions and ideas. Communicated really well and was responsive to all of our requests. She also checked in regularly as we had a number of early holdups on our build.
