   St Luke's is not my local mall but I happen to stumble upon here for a quick hair cut before meeting up with my friend locally. From the moment I hover around the front desk while they are all busy, a lady staff with hair band ( I didn't catch her name ) made her way over while serving a client to make sure I am catered and explained to me the waiting process. That set the scene for a start of an excellent customer service. Then I had Anna as my hairstylist when it was my turn. She was exceptional in customer service and communication. She was checking with me during the whole process and produced an excellent result in the end. During my session, she was polite everytime when she needed to attend temporarily to other staff/customer. On these little things you could tell she genuinely care about her clients and other staff. She has earned a long term customer for sure!

   This is a five star hair shop—no question. First, and most importantly, the stylists are very skilled and professional and do an excellent job. But I am happy to report that it also ticks all the other boxes: The staff are friendly, careful, and efficient. The salon itself is clean as a whistle with a nice, roomy and modern interior. They have an app and a callback system for walk-in appointments. A class act all round. I will definitely continue to go here for my haircuts. Thank you, Just Cuts!

   I’ve always been a regular customer at Just Cuts St Luke’s - but today I had the best haircut I’ve ever had (from anywhere) from Sheryl. A perfectly shaped short bob with curtain bangs. I’m in love! And a relaxing shampoo and head massage as well. Bliss. Thank again Sheryl!
