   Amazingly poor customer service, drove for 25 mins in the rain after work to pick up an order. Got there 5mins before closing and the door's locked. No response to knocks or calls. A clark came out from the back after 4PM and refuse to open door telling me they are closed. If you respect your time, don't shop here. Would rate a 0 star if I could.

   I have been purchasing from this store for many months. Good products however when I visited the store yesterday to purchase nappies at around 12.50pm, the store was closed and there was a board which stated lunch time 30 minutes without mentioning what the lunch time is. I waited for nearly an hour and the store was still closed, hence was unable to shop even after waiting a long time. Tried contacting the store on the number provided on the website however was not answered. I am disappointed with the experience.

   Amazingily poor service. I have ordered 8 nappies, then they sent only 7. I attached photos and all other evidence and sent to them and wanted to get a refund of 1 nappy, they refused and offered me other brand nappy, rather than my $10 back. I just want to get my bloody $10 back. You should remember that If it happens to you they wouldn't give you any refund and will offer rubbish.

   Absolutely love this website. Super fast dispatch and communication. Plus I feel like the nappies are muchcheaper than the ones in the shops. Don't know how other customers find that they're having trouble with the customer service, my experience with them was just fine.

   i have been a loyal customer in the last 7 years. products are very good, but since last year, the customer service become very poor and the lady on the phone is lack of product knowledge/ information and rude, dose not helpful at all. hope this gets to the boss as i have email to make a complain a month ago , did not get any respond since then.
