   Brought my motorhome here for a full servicing 6 months ago, Babu told us to leave the vehicle there and be back in 2 hours. Like a previous review mentioned he did smell like alcohol. Came back two hours later with the vehicle parked in the same place, but he informed us full servicing was completed and vehicle is good. Fast forward to today, where I was informed by another mechanic that my transmission oil was way overdue and should’ve been covered by my full service. Would not trust this place with any vehicle.

   The staff is rude and unprofessional..Over price mechanic . Got my coils , cam-belt, break pads and a few other mechanical repairs done , a few weeks later the parts they installed failed . Went back to them about it and they told me to come back the next day. They were more worried getting the money from other costumers that were coming in , than worrying about me after I gave them around $700 to fix my car .

   I took my car in for a service and asked for them to remove the front wheel for me and put a space saver on as I needed to get the tyre repaired. When I left, I forgot to check the tyre in the boot until a few days later they had driven both the front and back wheel into the curb and only left enough of the wheel nut covers for one wheel. Bad form from them not telling me about the damage and rushing me out of the place. Quoted $230 per wheel for repair. If you see this Mani Motors, get in touch with me to make amends. I'm not going to call you and argue over the phone about damage.

   Bad customer service. Gave me time for 1:30pm. I called them that I am late and If I can still come. They said they’re running late so it’s ok. I came there and waited for half n hour further and when asked if you’re gonna come to sort out the small issue of break pad, owner started shouting he has other client and I came late. Why the heck you would call me when I asked on phone when you yourself are running late? I think they focus more on customer with cars that have big issues. Anyway, never even trying them. Too bad I was referred by my friend here saying this shop have cheap prices. I’d rather pay more with good customer service.

   Very friendly and professional service from Mani motors. I was told to replace the tire from big shop as it had a nail. The mechanic at Mani motors attended me without appointment and showed the nail didn't go deep so didn't need to change the tyre as it was Michelin and can handle more than that. The mechanics were friendly, helpful and able to solve the issue with very minimum charge. Will definitely visit for professional services. Thanks
