The people here are very nice people and that's fine, what's not fine is that I asked for a small trim at the back of my head since my hair was very long. But the barber also made the whole back of my head a buzz cut. But I'm never going back there again
I come here quite often and find the service good but beware of the new lady there on a Thursday night she was rude, bossy and clearly not interested in listening to instruction. A bit of a know it all type as she didn't like me calling her out over her lack of interest when explaining what I wanted.
The guy who did my 5 minute haircut rushed it with the clippers and didnt even use the mirror to show the results, I think he was mute cause he wouldnt talk. If you go here ask for Lucy, the friendly one, who takes her time and gets it right.
very bad service. I and my two daughters went too get trims and got a lot different than we asked for. My youngest wanted small trim and now she has a bob. her original hair length was touching her waist. uneven and very short. Just go too just cuts.
Absolutely butchered my hair, don’t go here, I will not be returning. My hair was just past shoulders, I asked for 1 inch length to be taken off so that it hung just above my shoulders. The lady cut my hair to just under my ears in length. Not what I wanted at all.
Very happy with my cut today. My hairdresser was obviously very experienced, good at listening and helping me make decisions, quick and confident in her work. Definitely recommend.
I tried to but was told by the Asian hairdresser that they didn't cut " curly hair". Disgraceful customer service. No effort whatsoever to try and accommodate the customer.
First time here and so pleased with the result of my haircut. Exceptional and very affordable with further discounts for seniors too amazing I'll be going back again for sure thanks
