I cannot recommend Rachel Tan highly enough for her dedication and attention to detail when it came to my property contract. She found issues throughout the paperwork and explained where my position sat. When we needed to invoke a clause on the contract at a later date and the other party claimed contractual mistake, we decided to take the matter further via a Barrister recommended by Rachel. The clause was invoked within 24 hours of action from the Barrister. Rachel was there every step of the way and helped detail what and why as required with significant detail in layman's terms to better help me understand too. Rachel has proven she is an outstanding solicitor and has earned my business in future along with my recommendation to all friends and family.
