   Worst place to get the job done. You are buying a house and he looks at you as if you are a thief. Talks rudely. Charged $1000s extra even after discussing fee already. Lots of hidden cost. Never picks your call. Rude, arrogant and unclear. He need to learn to be kind and nice, and how to treat people with respect. How to do better communication with client. NEVER ever recommend. Beware of a rip-off.

   We had the best experience with Newton law when we purchasing our house. Vijay helped us a lot and take care of everything for us. We bought a property in a subdivision land. if you don't know, this is a big process and can be very tricky. however, Vijay complete all the steps without a lot of hassle. he kept us informed with every step and gave us a lot of advices about what to do and what not to do. He is very honest, reliable and put his client first. He charged us very reasonable amount and we recommend him for two of our friends and they are very happy as well with the service he gave. thanks Vijay for all your help.

   Not sure why all of those negative reviews.. It's like we are talking on a different guy :) Anyways, Vijay helped me a lot with my home ownership papers (solicitor), got me the KiwiSaver home grant, was very friendly and offered very convenient fees. If you thinking about buying a house make sure you call this guy first, 5/5 all around for me.
