   Asked for the hairdresser not to use the large shaver on my hair. To trim around the ears with small shaver ok.I was told she knew what she was doing and she promptly picked up the large shaver and was and shaved down the side of my head. I asked why did she did that to be told again she knew what she was doing. I thought I was the one telling her what I wanted but not so.

   Minh is fantastic, always friendly and smiling. She asks you what you would like done, she listens to what you say and checks with you as she works to make sure youre happy. She gets to know your preferences in hairstyle and keeps this in mind each time I go in for a haircut. I have wavy hair and she does a great job without fail. I highly recommend Minh and this salon.

   I am sort of disappointed. My haircut is ok but she actually just trimmed at the bottom in just 5 min and charged me for the full cut. Also her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Will not go there again.

   Quite disappointed made an appointment for 2:30 and when I arrived was told wouldn't be long. Waited 10mins and then was told when I asked again how long I it might be, can you come back at 4pm. Not sure what the point of booking is - not good customer service, not impressed. Please dont make bookings if you can't service customers.

   I had a very unpleasant experience last week there. The lady who was cutting my hair - unfortunately the manager- made a horrible scene by saying she would not take the responsibility of her work if I don't pay extra to Simply JUST DRY my hair! Also putting so much stress on me to choose the right length because she was tired to cut 1 or 2 cm more! Very poor customer service.I didn't like my haircut but I just wanted to run away after being there for 1 hr for a very simple haircut and getting drained. I ended up going to another salon this weekend to trim her mistakes and make the hair looks nice. I ended up with a horrible experience and paying double for a simple haircut! The other lady working there is lovely!
