I just love my experience at the w room. From the beginning when you first walk in I felt as if I was met with a warm welcome, no pushy sales and being looked after thoroughly, I will be back, also incredible elevator music.
Rudest staff. Most of the time they don't even acknowledge you. Poor customer service. A hello and a smile goes a long way!
I bought couple of items from their clearance yesterday and although I was aware that the sale was for clearance items, there was no statement stating that items might be damaged. When I realized two of the items were damaged, I just rang to store and was quite surprised with the response. I would have expected the store to do a more transparent job in letting customers know about the fact the items might be damaged.

I was utterly blown away with the delightful attitude Joanne gave me despite being busy she dealt with my issue I a very reassuring manner it is so refreshing to encounter such service in today’s world.
