   When talk with the girl on the chat for buying car. She is very nice and make us want to go for service with this shop But when I tried to call for checking about my car the guy who picked up phone call, he’s rude and rushing me who don’t know about the car much A bit impolite trying to push us to bring the car with not welcome voice tone at all If don’t have customer service or have a bad day just keep it at home don’t bring it to work

   Car broke down at 9am, got my car in at 10am and left at 11am. This was my first time visiting Northcote Auto Services and they made the entire experience easy and hassle free. Gave them a call when my car broke down and was able to get my car in as soon as possible! Can't thank them enough for providing me with the parts and service at a great price and talked me through the entire process. Am definitely going back for all future car needs!

   As a women servicing your car can be quite daunting as you don’t know what is required and how much you should be paying for the service. My experience with Northcote Auto Services has been amazing from day 1, not once have I felt they were being dishonest and trying to scam/overcharge me like I have felt in the past. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs big or small as the pricing for labour is really affordable. Thank you to the lovely team for servicing my car!!
