   Malkeet communication was excellent. He text prior to arrival to check if we were home or for a safe area to deliver. He arrived with our big pool and the kids were super excited. Malkeet wheeled the package all the way up our driveway and place on our back lawn where we wanted it and allowed our children to help him with this. Thanks for your friendly service Malkeet.

   if i could give zero starts i would. literally the worst shipping company ever. they haven’t answered to any of my emails only texts and they picked up my order 2 weeks ago from the company i bought off yet i still don’t have it they said it was gonna be here last week which i calles them a week prior and they said they don’t work in the weekends yet the ‘driver’ said that it will be there on saturday???? make it make sense its now been 3 weeks and i still haven’t got it. IF YOU EVER GO BUT SOMETHING ONLINE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING COMPANY ISNT MANGA FREIGHT!! they’re trash fr

   A really difficult experience to get my shipment delivered. They initially said it would take a couple of days, a couple of days later they said by the end of the week, then said today or tomorrow and still no show. It seems they just expect people to accept hefty delays and miscommunication; these guys don't seem professional at all. In the end finally came through after I CC replied to the customer service dept of the original shop I purchased from to show the email thread of wildly different ETAs on delivery. I do not recommend. Not a good customer experience.
