Good system for delivery and friendly helpful staff
Really nasty, unpleasant yard person. Yelled at me for standing near the door and not wearing hi vis, on some weird power trip, after I'd been waiting around for ages. The other yard person just completely ignored me. Will not be using this company again and I sell my products to lots of Waiheke residents.
Don't recommend Springs Rd Depot Really BAD experience today.. Yard guys aggressive and not helpful.. Read your signs...No help Office staff gave Bad.. Dangerous directions..

I would recommend avoiding the freight depot on Springs Road if at all possible. The warehouse is managed by a thug who enjoys using standover tactics to intimate and threaten people. Much better and safer to use air freight.
Avoid if possible... Poor customer service, poor communications, poor all round. Fullers Freight Service much better value for money and easier to deal with.
