Value 4 money A 5 star plus. The sushis are a great size and fresh. Super yum. Great friendly service. I also got a salmon don. A 5 star for presentation but the mayo wasnt the right one. Nxt time hope to shift frm 4 to 5....

Bought a new bed and couches.Some of our stuff was damaged but excellent service provided by in store staffβ¦+ delivery drivers who came second time for delivery they were awesome.
I didn't have a good experience at Furniture Now. We purchased a dinning table on 28th June and we were told it will be delivered the following week as the shipment container is not yet opened. I also requested to pick up from Manukau Branch as that's where their warehouse is. We were in agreement. Following week I recieved a call that the container is not yet opened it would probably be another 2 weeks. I said okay. I receive a call on 24th July to say the dinning table has arrived and to be picked up from Pukekohe. I arranged a pickup truck and head to Pukekohe to pick up, once I reached, the lady said did my collegue tell you that that the fabric for the chairs are different to the one I ordered. I was stunned as this wasnt mentioned to me over the phone. All I told was it was ready to be picked up. Not only they wasted my time mucking me around, they also couldn't supply what I ordered and arrange pick up from the branch they promised. I requested for refund and got told it will be refunded next week Friday as per company policy. They take the money upfront but when it's time to refund. It has to be delayed..If you have mucked around your customer and they are not happy you should refund on the spot. The person who called and didnt provide full information should be fired!!!.
Great Store, Excellent service by a man called Sugeet. Prefer this store to Manukau store. There was a fault in one of my items and the problem was rectified quickly with no hassel. Thank you NOW Furniture Pukekohe for putting your customers needs first.
Excellent service, I have purchased a few things from Furniture Now in Pukekohe, the staff are really nice and professional, the deals are great and the products seem to be good value for money and the quality is great. I have bought recliner couches, a dining room set, coffee tables and lamp tables, and all are excellent. Upon opening a dining room chair from its box we found some damage, the staff were very apologetic and swapped it for a replacement from the shop instantly, they really are great to deal with. Highly recommended AAA+++
