Bad experience with order, order came Incorrect and not long sleeve, my wife's dress was also incorrect BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! my wife spoke to one person on phone and she agreed to compensate us the cost we had to fork out to get clothes fixed! when spoken to again through messenger they refused to compensate full amount for fixtures and only wanted to refund a tiny part of what we paid, and then messaged saying it was a discount price and that our payment was short, but it was because there bank took fees out of the payment since it was from AU to NZ end of the day too many excuses, and not owning up to your mistakes and compensating buyers for the extra money we had to fork out on top to get the top and dress fixed before our event!
