   Came in for my first appointment this Saturday morning just gone. Great location with plenty of parking but the highlight was Cosette's service. Really attentive to my needs and the massage was excellent. My achilles had been giving me a lot of issues just walking and after one massage it's all been cleared up. She also gave me really good advice to manage pain moving into the future too. I'll definitely be back!

   Had an issue with tight and sore muscles in my neck and shoulders. Was able to book an appointment same day. Rachel was excellent, very friendly and did a great job at explaining what she was doing. I came out after an hour feeling great, much better motion in my neck and most of the pain I was experiencing gone. Highly recommended!
