I had come in for my crz as a screw had got stuck in my tyre. The guy who helped today was very helpful. I did not get the chance to grab his name but he spoke to me so I could understand what was going on and showed me that my tyre was not leaking. He was also lovely over the phone before I came and before I arrived he was also very respectful to other people while receiving phone calls. Really appreciate his effort. I will definitely come back to this Bridgestone.
Awesome experience. Did alignment and replaced tires. We we're headed to Hawkes Bay at short notice, I'd ordered the wrong tires to replace a well worn set. They replaced the worse ones at basically no charge and honestly given how wet the road was on the way down I think it could have saved us from an accident. Went back to get a new set after ordering the correct ones, and get the alignment done. Car drives like new and I learnt heaps during the process.
Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend! Did a great job on changing my wheels, balancing and wheel alignment, was very professional. Gave a realistic timeframe and stuck to it. He was to give quote on spot and will work on car if free or give you a time slot next available. Thank you for all your help, it’s much appreciated :)
